Returns & Exchange Terms

  • Once the order is placed, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the respective order. However, Amogue receives any request for cancellation or change in order requests after 24 hours, Amogue reserves holds the right to accept or reject the request for order cancellation. 
  • On placing the order, once the order is placed, you will receive all the respective details via mail for the same including Courier Partner, Tracking Id, Delivery Date etc. 
  • No Question asked Return Policy
  • We accept returns within 7 Days from the Date of the Delivery Date with original packaging and invoice copy. 

 

Return Policy

  • Though we always try to deliver the best quality product and services. If in case, you are dissatisfied with our service, you can contact us at support@amogue.com or raise a return request from My Account tab or Call Us on 8480005351.
  • For any request, write an email regarding return requests with the following details: Order Number, Reason for returning the product, Photo of the product you intend to return.
  • In case of a return, as soon as we receive the product back, we will initiate the refund and the amount will be reflected in your bank account within 3-4 working days. And you will receive the acknowledgment through an email regarding the same.

 

Received Wrong/Defective Product

  • For any misshapen with a purchase, please contact us at support@amogue.com Call Us on 8480005351 and we will resolve at the earliest.
  • If you received a wrong/defective product, kindly reach out to us at support@amogue.com Call Us on 8480005351 within 24 hours from receiving the order and we will provide the resolution as soon as possible.
  • In case of a return, shipping expenses will be bear by Amogue.com.
  • In case of a wrong/defected product delivered, you will get the replacement with no shipping charges. In case replacement is not possible, we will request to choose another design or product of your choice from the website of the same value or if the sum is higher, pay for the difference.

 

 

All About Customization and it’s returns

  • - In case you are dissatisfied with the fit, the alteration will be done free of cost.
  • If in case alteration is not possible, you can replace the product and all logistics costs will be bear by Amogue.com.
  • If in case replacement is not possible, you can purchase any other design or product of your choice from the website amogue.com for the same value or pay the difference if the total sum is higher.
  • There is no refund for customized order, you can claim the credit note for future purchase by raising a credit request, mail us at support@amogue.com

 

Disclaimer

  • Quality and customer satisfaction are our topmost priority and we always try to display the product pictures as closest/similar as it can be seen in hand. But photoshoot has its limitations, colors of the garments/products may change.
  • The color variation effect generally occurs in colors shades of blue, green, bright colors and purple. Sometimes collar variations also occur in pale colors like off-white, white, grey and cream and dark colors like black, dark navy blue and dark brown sometimes look similar so always try to look below the size selection column for knowing the exact details.
