Thank you for using Amogue!

We wrote this policy to help you understand what information we collect, how we use it and what choices you have. Because we’re an Internet company, some of the concepts below are a little technical, but we’ve tried our best to explain things in a simple and clear way. We welcome your questions and comments on this policy.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

You use a mobile device like a tablet or phone to interact with our Service in ways that require Amogue to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Amogue gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. In each case, Amogue collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfil the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with Amogue. Amogue does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain service-related activities.

You may also give us permission to access your information in other services. For example, you may link your Facebook or Twitter account to Pinterest, which allows us to obtain information from those accounts (such as your friends or contacts). The information we get from those services often depends on your settings or their privacy policies, so please check what those are.

Cookies and similar technologies:

While providing you with our Service, we may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about how you use Amogue and provide features to you.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

Amogue discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Amogue’s behalf or to provide services available at Amogue’s application, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using Amogue’s application, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Amogue will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, Amogue discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when Amogue believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Amogue, third parties or the public at large. If you are a registered user of Amogue and have supplied your email address, Amogue may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with Amogue and it’s products. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. Amogue takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
