How do I modify the order, if the order is confirmed?

If the order is not dispatched, you can always add the item by sending the mail or contact us over call about the same. If there is any change or to remove the product, reach out to us by sending mail or overcall at your earliest convenience. 

What is the time of delivery?

We usually confirm the order, after the time span of 24 hours of placing the order and dispatch the product in 4-5 days. The exact time that the product will be delivered to you will be mentioned under each product.

Are there any shipping charges?

If you place the order of value INR 999, shipment will be free of cost. 

Can I return the product I purchased online?

If ordered from Ready to Ship, you can return/exchange the product by sending us an email or by intimating us over call within 24 hours of delivery. And the product should reach us within 7 days of the delivery date.

If ordered with customized measurement, you can’t exchange or return the product. In case of a wrong/defected product delivered, you will get the replacement with no shipping charges. But You have to be intimate via mail/call about the same within 24 hours of delivery. 

Note: To return/exchange the product, the product should be unused with Original Packing, Tags and all labels should be intact. And return the product with the same exact methods of packing that you must have got the product delivered in.

What is the minimum value of an order?

There is no minimum value of the order. But to avail the Free Cash on Delivery, minimum cart value should be INR 999
